Anthony Ochs is an associate attorney at Dubin Singer Phillips P.C., and has been representing clients in real estate transactions since 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was an associate with an Am Law 200 law firm located in Chicago.
Anthony has advised developers, investors, private equity funds and Fortune 1000 companies in a variety of real estate matters throughout the country, including matters involving acquisitions and dispositions of retail, office, multi-family and industrial property, commercial leases (on behalf of both landlords and tenants), zoning and land use issues, 1031 exchanges, and joint ventures. Additionally, Anthony has handled real estate finance matters for commercial borrowers, private lenders and national banks in connection with financing the acquisition and construction of commercial and healthcare projects. Anthony has also prepared property tax appeals for Illinois properties, and has appeared before municipalities and administrative boards to contest property assessments, request tax incentives, and propose planned developments. It is this vast and diverse real estate experience that allows Anthony to effectively represent his clients and ensure that their interests are best represented.
Anthony is a recent father of twin boys and most of his free time is spent with his wife and young family; however Anthony does enjoy playing golf and exercising when time permits.
